MEET THE TEAM

Rosella Edwards-Easley, M.S. LCMHC, LCAS

My commitment to the counseling profession is grounded in both personal experience and a deeply held belief in the inherent value, dignity, and potential of every individual. Guided by a faith-informed perspective that recognizes each person’s worth from God’s perspective, I strive to create a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment where individuals can rediscover hope, develop resilience, and recognize their capacity for meaningful change.

My primary therapeutic approach uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Family Systems Therapy based on each client’s individual needs, strengths, circumstances, and treatment goals. These approaches allow me to address emotional regulation, motivation for change, interpersonal relationships, family dynamics, coping skills, and overall functioning.

My goal is to meet each person with compassion, respect, authenticity, and hope, while providing a collaborative space where clients feel empowered to overcome barriers, strengthen their emotional well-being, and work toward lasting positive change.

My commitment to the counseling profession is rooted in personal experience and a deeply held belief in the inherent worth, dignity, and potential of every person. Guided by a faith-informed perspective that recognizes each individual’s value from God’s perspective, I strive to provide a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can find hope, build resilience, and pursue meaningful personal growth.

My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients understand the connection between their thoughts, beliefs, emotions, self-talk, and behaviors. Through a collaborative and strengths-based approach, I support clients in identifying unhelpful patterns, developing healthier perspectives, strengthening coping skills, and making positive changes that promote emotional well-being and improved daily functioning.

I also integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Family Systems Therapy based on each client’s unique needs and treatment goals. My approach is individualized, evidence-informed, and centered on creating a respectful therapeutic relationship in which clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Ultimately, my goal is to help individuals and families overcome barriers, recognize their strengths, and move toward healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Michael Faye, QP, CPSS, United States Veteran

Hi, I'm Michael.

I am a Qualified Professional (QP) and Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS). I bring more than 10 years of experience with supporting individuals with behavioral health, emotional, social, and recovery-related needs. I am also a United States Veteran, having served n Korea.

I have a particular passion for working with veterans, the geriatric, and mature population; both men and women. My military background, rehabilitation training, and experience as a Peer Support Specialist allow me to connect with individuals from a place of compassion, understanding, respect, and practical support.

I recognize that emotional wellness is often influenced by a person’s relationships, environment, physical health, life experiences, access to resources, and ability to remain connected to their community.

In my work with clients, I incorporate principles and interventions associated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. My approach emphasizes helping individuals identify barriers, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, develop healthier thought patterns, and work toward meaningful personal goals.
